About the ULMA

The primary objective of ULMA is to secure the future of late model racing by utilizing a unified set of rules, which racing venues, track owners/promoters, and special-event organizers may use for late model racing. ULMA believes this concept benefits tracks and drivers, especially the tracks who cannot afford to host super late model racing and the drivers who cannot afford to compete with super late model touring series.

May 2, 2017 - The ULMA 2017 race season is off to a soggy start after the last few weeks left drivers frustrated and cars on jack stands. However, another weekend is fast-approaching and hopefully dryer conditions will prevail during planned events Friday at Callaway Raceway in Fulton, Missouri and Saturday at Central Missouri Speedway in Warrensburg.

April 19, 2017 - Jason Russell and Chris Smyser drove to victories last weekend during Lucas Cattle Company ULMA action. For Russell, it was his second victory of the year and and 28th of his career. Smyser took the win at Randolph County Raceway, where he registered several wins last season.

April 12, 2017 - The off-season is finally officially over and to no one’s surprise, former two-time Lucas Cattle Company ULMA Champion Jason Russell quickly found his way back to victory lane. After attempting only two races last season when he focused on Modified racing, Russell’s 27th career win came at Lucas Oil Speedway, where he is also a former track champion.
